DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
Digital Signature means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of an electronic method or procedure recognised by the laws of India.
DSC are the digital equivalent (that is electronic format) of physical or paper certificates primarily used for filings with various authorities. In case of companies, DSC is required for making necessary filings with the Minstry of Corporate Affairs, Department of Income Tax, etc.
