He is a Partner at Acumen Juris and is been enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. He specializes in providing services in cross border investment transactions, foreign collaboration and joint ventures, negotiations and agreement drafting. He also specializes in conducting legal due diligence, drafting business and commercial agreements, advising on corporate commercial laws, capital market and security laws, India entry and global business set up services, resolving complex corporate structuring issues, and rendering strategic advice, approvals under foreign exchange laws and competition law, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework in India.
He has served various sectors, including retail, logistics, hospitality, auto-ancillary, service, real estate, NBFC, IT, gems and jewellery, medicines, art fairs, defence, media, manufacturing, Public Sector Undertakings, startups, and others. He is also associated with various start-ups as their mentor.
He has co-authored 5 editions of the bestselling book on Companies Act, 2013 published by Wolters and Kluwer in India.
